Terms of Service

Last updated September 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of cadencecpq.com (the "Site") and of Cadence CPQ, the Salesforce managed package published by Mevorah Consulting ("we", "us"), including its documentation and updates (together, the "Software"). By using the Site or installing the Software you agree to them. If you have signed an order form, subscription agreement, or statement of work with us, that document governs wherever it conflicts with these terms.

You must be at least 18 and use the Software on behalf of a business. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and "you" means that company.

Subject to these terms and payment of any fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software in your own Salesforce orgs, for your internal business purposes, for the term stated in your order form or license record. Trial and evaluation licenses are limited to evaluating the Software, may be restricted in features or duration, and expire at the end of the trial period.

The Software runs on the Salesforce Platform and requires a Salesforce edition that supports managed packages, Quotes, and Lightning Web Security. Your use of Salesforce is governed by your agreement with Salesforce, Inc., not by these terms. Cadence CPQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce. We are not responsible for Salesforce outages, platform changes, or platform limits, although we work to keep the Software compatible with each Salesforce release.

Your data stays yours. The Software stores everything it creates in your Salesforce org and transmits nothing outside it. We access your org only when you grant us access for implementation or support, and only for as long as that work takes. Removing the managed package deletes the objects and fields it installed, including the data in them, so export anything you need before uninstalling. Our Privacy Policy explains the limited information we receive through AppExchange licensing and the Site.

Fees, billing frequency, and the license term are set out in your order form. Unless it says otherwise, fees are invoiced annually in advance, due within 30 days, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Fees exclude taxes; you are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes other than taxes on our income. If an invoice is more than 30 days past due we may suspend the license after giving you notice and a chance to pay.

We release updates through AppExchange and may retire older versions. Updates may change or remove features, and we document changes in release notes. Support is provided as described in your order form; without one, we offer reasonable email support for the current version on a best-effort basis. Implementation, migration, and other professional services are governed by a separate statement of work.

We and our licensors own the Software, its design, and its documentation, including all improvements to them. These terms give you a license, not ownership. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without any obligation to you. Salesforce, AppExchange, and Agentforce are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. and are used for identification only.

Each of us will protect the other's non-public information, such as your pricing configuration and our product roadmap, with at least the care we use for our own confidential information, and will use it only to perform under these terms. This does not cover information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from someone else. Either of us may disclose confidential information when the law requires it, after giving notice where permitted.

We warrant that, during the license term, the Software will perform materially as described in its documentation. If it does not, your remedy is for us to fix the problem or, if we cannot do so within a reasonable time, to refund the prepaid fees for the remainder of the term and end the license. Except for that warranty, and except as stated in a signed agreement, the Site and the Software are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, that it will meet every requirement, or that pricing results will be correct for configurations you build.

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising out of these terms or the Software is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to a breach of confidentiality, to your violation of the license restrictions in section 3, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms apply for as long as you use the Site or the Software. Either of us may end the license for material breach if the breach is not cured within 30 days of written notice. We may also end it immediately if you violate section 3. When the license ends you must uninstall the Software from your orgs. Sections 5 and 8 through 13 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Mevorah Consulting has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together within 30 days will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and each of us consents to their jurisdiction. Either party may seek an injunction in any court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on the Site and updating the date at the top of this page. Changes apply to new licenses immediately and to existing licenses at their next renewal, unless the change is required by law or reduces your obligations. Updates to this page do not change a signed agreement.
