Pricing

Priced to be the boring line item

CPQ has a reputation for high license fees and even higher implementation fees. Cadence is priced at $40/user/month and built so the configuration is done by your admins with the skills they already have.

What's included

Everything in the package

Bundles and attributes, the pricing engine, ramps and the ramp schedule builder, the quote grid and configurator, contracts and orders, assets, amendments and renewals, service periods, the approvals extension, quote-to-opportunity field sync, the regression suite, the REST API, every Flow action, and the MCP tool catalog for AI agents. There is no advanced tier to unlock other features.

A library of unmanaged extensions

Learn from our prior builds with a library of unmanaged extensions you can customize for your org. Some examples include:
-ARR and segment totals matrix for ramping quotes
-Automation to shift start dates
-Guided Selling and Recommended Add Products

Documentation and onboarding

Install and setup guide, API reference, performance and limits with published benchmarks, security design documentation, the AI agent and MCP setup recipes, and a demo walkthrough.

Implementation you don't have to buy from us

The configuration is records, flows, and field sets. If your team or your existing partner wants to run it, they can.

Buyer Questions

Do we need Salesforce CPQ licenses to run Cadence?

No. Cadence is independent of Salesforce CPQ and doesn't require it to be installed. If it is installed, both can coexist during a migration.

What Salesforce edition do we need?

Salesforce Sales Cloud with any edition except Salesforce Essentials.

Can we use our own document generation and e-signature?

Yes, most customers do. Cadence quotes on standard objects, so any tool that reads Opportunity or Quote works.

Is our data ever sent outside our org?

No. Cadence makes no external callouts and has no off-platform components. AI agents connect in through Salesforce's own hosted MCP and Agentforce as the signed-in user; nothing in the package calls out.

How long does implementation take?

Weeks of configuration rather than quarters of consulting for a straightforward subscription catalog. Migrations from a heavily customized Salesforce CPQ org depend entirely on what the assessment finds.

What happens if we later want to leave?

Your quotes are on standard objects and your pricing configuration is exportable records.
