Privacy Policy

Last updated September 16, 2026

This policy explains what Mevorah Consulting ("we", "us") collects when you use cadencecpq.com (the "Site") or install the Cadence CPQ managed package (the "Package"), why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to correct or delete it. If anything here is unclear, ask us through the contact form.

Demo request form. When you submit the form at /contact we receive your name, work email, company, the quoting system you currently use, the topics you selected, and anything you type into the notes field. The form is the only way the Site collects information that identifies you.

Hosting logs. The Site is hosted by Webflow. Like any host, Webflow records standard technical data when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. We use that data only to keep the Site running and to investigate abuse.

Cookies. The Site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Webflow may set strictly necessary cookies needed to serve pages and process form submissions. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

Nothing from inside your org. The Package is a Salesforce-native application. It has no external endpoints, makes no callouts, and does not transmit quote, pricing, account, contact, or user data outside the Salesforce org it is installed in. Everything it stores lives in your org, under your Salesforce security controls, and stays there.

License records. When you install the Package from AppExchange, Salesforce shares installation and license information with us through its License Management Application: your organization ID and name, the Salesforce edition, the installed version, the install date, the license status, and the name and email address of the installing administrator. We use this to issue, renew, and support your license.

Support material you send us. If you send us screenshots, debug logs, or exported records to help resolve a support case, we keep them only for that case and delete them when it closes. Please redact anything the case does not need.

We use the information above only for the purposes below. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, it is named after each purpose.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email unless you asked for it.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form and mention "privacy request" in the notes. We will confirm your identity, respond within 30 days, and will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may exercise the rights described here under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.

We are based in the United States and process data there. Webflow and our email provider may process data in other countries. Where the law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on the transfer mechanisms our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

We limit access to form submissions and license records to the people who need them and rely on our providers' security programs for the infrastructure they run. The Package itself runs under your org's security model: it enforces object, field, and record permissions in user mode, and it has passed the Salesforce AppExchange security review. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

The Site and the Package are for businesses. They are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

When we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect, by email where we have one.

Mevorah Consulting publishes Cadence CPQ and is responsible for the data described in this policy. Reach us through the contact form.
